An older person with a hearing deficiency

There are 3 sizes for this speaker, but I'm glad I bought the smaller size. I have a hearing comprehension deficiency and wear hearing aids. I had tried several, including Bose, before I purchased the Cerwin Vega center speaker that I used for a number of years. None that I listened to before had the clarity that I find in the Klipsch. Inasmuch as the center channel speaker is aimed at voice transmission primarily, that is a big plus. There was no difficulty in installing it. I did have to balance the system (mine is 2 front speakers, center speaker and a 12" sub) to get all speakers at the same volume level, but that was done automatically by my Sony receiver, and the "wall of sound" was great. Also, I could understand the voice transmissions better than ever. Others may find one of the other sizes to be more satisfactory, but I don't think they'll go wrong with Klipsch.
now we can hear dialogue

If you want good sound especially when watching movies you must have a center speaker. This one was the right size and of good enough quality to match the rest of my system. Before we had only left, right, and a sub woofer. So much sound is engineered to come from the center, like dialogue, that without that speaker you are missing a lot and sometimes can't make out what people are saying. That leads to turning up the sound and then when a big chase scene or shoot-em-up comes along you get blasted out of the room. A center channel speaker takes care of the problem and the quality of this Klipsh is excellent especially when you consider its modest price. I am very happy with my purchase.
Perfect for my needs

This is the perfect speaker for me and my system! You always here the old guys say "If I'd known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of my teeth". In my case I wish for younger ears. My system consisted of Klipsch KLF-20 main's and a Klipsch KV-1 center speaker. Although the KV-1 is a good speaker I was having trouble hearing voices on TV and movies. This speaker is just what I needed. The voice is clear and sharp and plays nice with the large main speakers.
Impressive sound in a smaller size

I purchaced one of these about 1 1/2 years ago, and i'm using it with 2 Polk monitor 60 fronts, and a Boston Acoustics 10" sub.

If you need an inexpensive or small center channel speaker ( i could'nt go bigger with my tv stand )this one is a very good performer.

At under $200.00, it's a bargain.
Good product, easy setup.

I setup this center channel along with Klipsh B-3 speakers to Onkyo TX-SR507 5-Channel A/V Receiver.
The entire setup took about 60 mins. The center channel is fantastic & it delivers the results the way I expect it!
Great Speaker, Great Price

I bought this speaker to replace an older Yamaha center that came with my old home theater in a box package. I also have the Synergy F-1 floor standing speakers and kind of wanted some uniformity up front at least. The price was right too $79 is an amazing price for a brand new speaker. When I got this I replaced the Yamaha speaker while the system was on and as soon as both wires made contact I could tell a huge difference. The sound is much clearer now. I have found that I don't have to turn the volume of my system up as much as I used to for those quite conversation scenes. The speaker is much larger than the old one as well kind of a tight fit with the components in my entertainment center but I made it work and with the grill on the speaker it blends in a little and doens't look as big. Overall I am very pleased with this speaker and just hope that I can find as good of a deal on the sub and surrounds to complete the synergy package.
can't be beat for the price !!!!

I bought a new tv (samsung 52 inch b630 amazon purchase) and the way my stand is with the tv on it, I had to
set the old center channel to one side of it and the sound became off balanced. I had some options,
either buy a new tv stand or put a shelf below the tv so the center would have room.
I don't like these options so I bought a second center channel, this klipsch. Both centers sitting on the
front side A speakers. The dialogue is coming from the center now. Sounding very groovy.

One thing not talked about in the description is this center speaker comes with threads so it can
be mounted on a stand or on a wall.

The sound of this speaker is very crisp and clean, at high volumes it can get a little chirpy (2 to 3pm)
But for 80$, I'll listen to this cool bird chirp. Has nice weight when you pick it up. Solid.
Not to mention, this speaker just looks damn cool. I leave the grill off so I can bask in its
simulated titanium beauty :)

My current setup (its about to change again!!!)
Yamaha RV 1105 receiver
1 jbl center channel
1 klipsch c1 center channel (amazon purchase)
2 jbl tlx 151 (front A side)
2 jbl tlx 121 (front B side)
2 bose 161s mounted to the sides of the jbl 121s (rear channel)
2 polk 10 inch subwoofers (its a big room :) (amazon purchase)

I just ordered some cerwin vega ve-12s (amazon purchase) to replace the 151s, which in turn will replace the 121's.
I'm tired of whimpy bookshelf speaker sounds. I want to be at the concert!!!!

And how cool is this c1 going to look sitting on top of a CV VE-12 ?????
